Junior Sales Executive

Position Summary:

Seeking a Junior Sales Executive for the Direct Sales department. Responsibilities are detailed below.

  • Prospect new business opportunities through our different inbound/outbound lead channels
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects on a day to day basis, as well as cultivate long-term relationships utilizing our sales CRM
  • Consult business owners and provide comprehensive financial solutions
  • Work closely with Senior Account Executives throughout the sales process
  • Must be able to perform in a loud, collaborative environment


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a strong drive to succeed and be a top producer.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as independently achieve company sales goals.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized with follow through skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.


  • Compensation: $45,000
